Blossom Woes! Please update to v2.3!
I made an idiotic mistake – leaving the wrong bit of code out of most of the templates, and hardcoding the image in them, making it impossible to hide it as many people do. Hey, some of us just aren’t flower people, I get it!
Anyway, you can download Blossom 2.3 at WordPress.org. in a couple of days or download here at Rose City Gardens

Note – I’ll be creating a support forum specifically for theme bugs and problems, with each new theme having it’s own topic. It’s a lot easier to keep up with requests on a forum for me, and the answers to questions will be there for future users to find.

I was just setting up a site for my friend and customising the theme a little and noticed it in a number of the php files.

You are correct, sir, I had a Sometimers moment. First, I uploaded all the template pages with only the index page having to upload the image. Then I did a frantic update, and of course you know I never, ever, make mistakes, and uploaded and even worse travesty. If eveybody wants to they can update through their panel and the formatting willb e fixed.

Hi I new to WordPress.org. I upload your Blossom Theme. I was wondering if I could replace the top hearder with a banner of pictures instead of text. If so how would I edit theme.

Hi Michele – I’ve already been talking with you on this issue. I’m about the email the amended files to you. You will have to upload the image top-header.jpg to the wp-content/themes/blossom/images directory.

My wife wants to use your theme for her blog. It shows up great in Firefox but something is seriously wrong in IE7. Any ideas?
