I tried out several options for support tickets before I decided on Trellis Desk. I was looking for something with a knowledgebase as well as a support ticket system, and most of the applications were very hard to skin. Not so Trellis Desk! It’s got a backend very like Invision in its organization and user-friendliness.

Trellis Desk is very robust. Its features include:

Departments

Canned ticket responses

Ticket priority levels

Ticket escalation and assignment

Email notifications

Rich text editor

Multi-moderation features

Helpdesk RSS feeds

Ticket attachment system

Skin management system

And it’s free! I give Trellis Desk 5 out of 5 flowers!
